Emilie, the main cook and also known as "mama" uses her recipes, which have been passed down to her for generations. Little Bohemia was the first restaurant the Palla's opened back in 1985 in Riverside, Illinois. After selling the business in 1993 they moved to the great state of Colorado to open up Golden Europe Restaurant.
